As owners and managers of Caer Llan we are fully aware of the trust you place in us when booking your wedding. We, along with our very capable and highly experienced team, look after you from your initial enquiry and we show you around on your first visit. We will assist with your planning to ensure that the run up to your wedding is fun and exciting and your wedding day runs exactly the way you want it. We will also lead the hospitality team on the day, to ensure that all the hard work that went into planning your big day is realised.

FOOD & DRINK

The experience of an in house team led by our own Head Chef ensures that food is plentiful, fresh and beautifully presented. All individual dietary requirements and food allergies are happily catered for at no extra cost.

Our fully licenced bar offers a great selection of drinks, all at affordable pub prices and served with a smile from our very friendly bar staff. There’s no last orders for residents, we don’t run out and we guarantee no long queues.

Caer Llan’s location truly offers the best of both worlds: breath-taking views and complete seclusion but with easy access to major motorways. Situated a few miles away from Monmouth in the Wye Valley, Caer Llan is just under an hour’s drive from Cardiff and Bristol and 2 hours’ drive from London.

THE CEREMONY

Caer Llan’s beautiful location provides a wonderfully private and romantic setting for your wedding ceremony. The licensed ceremony room is bright, airy and full of character. With no travel, you and your guests can simply arrive, relax and enjoy the day.

We are licenced for outdoor ceremonies under our gorgeous wedding gazebo!!!

What is a wedding without great food? Be it a fixed 3 course meal, a fantastic buffet or a vintage tea. Whether you prefer an evening buffet, Hog Roast or a BBQ… we can cater for your individual tastes.

ACCOMMODATION

There are 16 versatile en-suite bedrooms accommodating up to 50 guests. Included are 7 ground floor accessible bedrooms, one of these has been specifically modified for disabled access and features a wheelchair friendly wet room.
