We believe strongly in honest, transparent pricing. Each element has been carefully calculated by Caer Llan to make prices as affordable as possible for guests and financially viable for the venue.
We always offer bespoke, tailor-made services, so the total price you pay will vary depending on your specific requirements.

EXCLUSIVE USE AT CAER LLAN
Caer Llan is hired out on an exclusive basis. That means you will have complete privacy to enjoy our beautiful house, the gardens and surrounding woodland. Our team will be on hand to give you a warm welcome and focus solely on making your stay with us memorable.
ACCOMMODATION & HOSPITALITY
BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS…
If you’d like to make a reservation for an event or celebration at Caer Llan, we ask for written confirmation (either by letter or email) and a deposit will be required to secure your booking.
Full payment can be made in advance or before the end of your event, with the final invoice to include any sundries charged during your stay. If applicable, the final invoice will also include any breakages.
We are happy to accept payment by BACS/bank transfer, debit card, cash or cheque.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept payment by credit card.
We often get bookings for Caer Llan several years in advance. We will always honour the quotation you are given at the time of booking. Our bar prices are subject to small incremental rises and we reserve the right to change these before your event.
Unfortunately our booking deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your booking at any stage, we ask for written confirmation, either by letter or email.
- Cancellation at any time: Booking Deposit is Non-refundable
- 52 weeks’ notice: No additional charge
- 26 – 52 weeks’ notice: 50% of quoted venue hire (excl. Booking deposit)
- Less than 26 weeks’ notice: 100% of quoted venue hire (excl. Booking deposit)
- Less than 3 weeks’ notice: Full invoice must be paid
