When you book Caer Llan, you enjoy complete exclusivity. The house, gardens, and surrounding woodland are entirely yours for the duration of your stay — no interruptions, no shared spaces, just peace, privacy, and our full attention.

BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS…
BOOKING PROCEDURE
To confirm a reservation for your event or celebration, we ask for written confirmation (by email or letter) and a deposit to secure your booking.
Full payment can be made in advance, or before the end of your event. Your final invoice will include any additional charges or breakages incurred during your stay.
We accept payment by BACS/bank transfer, debit card, credit card (not AMEX) cheque, or cash.
PRICE GUARANTEE
Many of our guests book their events well in advance — sometimes years ahead. We’ll always honour the quotation provided at the time of booking, so you can plan with confidence.
Please note that bar prices may be subject to small, incremental increases prior to your event.
CANCELLATION FEES
While we understand that plans sometimes change, please note that booking deposits are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing, by email or letter.
