Caer Llan changes beautifully with the seasons — from summer cocktails and barbecues on the terrace to cosy fires and twinkling Christmas lights in winter. Whatever the time of year, you’ll find a warm welcome waiting for you.

As an exclusive-use venue, your celebration is the only one taking place — giving you the freedom to truly relax and enjoy the moment without any of the usual hosting stress.

Our friendly hospitality team will take care of every detail, serving delicious food and drinks with a smile. With a range of catering options — from elegant dinners to relaxed buffets or barbecues — our head chef will work with you to create the perfect menu. All dishes are freshly prepared using local ingredients, and we’re happy to cater for all dietary needs.

The bar is fully stocked and fairly priced, with no last orders for residents and no long queues — just great drinks in good company. With accommodation for up to 50 guests onsite, there’s no need to worry about taxis or travel at the end of the night.

When it’s time to celebrate, Caer Llan comes alive. Choose from our flexible music options — dance the night away with your own playlist on our sound and lighting system, or bring in a live band or DJ to keep the party going.
