Caer Llan is best suited for those seeking a more relaxed approach to their wedding day, whilst still preserving essential formalities. If you wish, we can point you in the direction of tried and tested individuals and organisations who can provide flowers, photography, wedding cars, wedding cakes, helium baloons, Live Music, disco etc...



We,will of course set up tables, chairs, cutlery, glasses, linen tableclothes and napkins etc and provide a friendly, professional service whilst endeavouring to see that your big day is even more magical than you had hoped.


On making your enquiry we will firstly see if your chosen date is available and then arrange a time for you to visit and show you around. During your tour, we will explain some of the layout options available for your reception (and ceremony if desired), including an open air garden party option on the tudor lawn. If requested we can also discuss the use of an additional marquee and the assosciated fees. We will discuss the timings and logistics of your wedding day, the various menus and drinks options available, accommodation and some of the external services available to you through our tried and tested suppliers. We can then give you a price based upon your specific requirements. You will have the opportunity to provisionally book your reception there and then without the need for an instant deposit. Should you decide to book, you can be assured of a fully personalised and professional approach to planning and staging your event, right up to your big day.

We have, however, put together a summary of some of the popular requirements of a Caer Llan Wedding reception, in order to give an indication of price.
A Sample all inclusive package for an afternoon reception rolling into an evening party for between 50 & 100 guests
- Venue hire, staffing and service etc...
- Reception drinks for your guests: sparkling wine, fruit juice.
- Afternoon reception with substantial hot and cold buffet: baked salmon, a selection of hot and cold meats, salads, coleslaws, prawns and lots more...
- A selection of delicious desserts or a profiterole mountain.
- Wine on the tables during your meal: ½ bottle per person (eg. Jacobs Creek).
- Evening reception with a BBQ, pot of chilli or a cheeseboard selection with French sticks
