Residential Rates
Venue hire with exclusive use
These prices are for the hire of Caer Llan, this includes the exclusive use of all guest areas, grounds, facilities and all guest bedrooms. It also includes bedlinen, towels, energy consumption and the small team of people who will be ensuring your stay here goes smoothly. Your only additional expense will be our very reasonable catering costs (these can be calculated separately further down this page) and any further items purchased from the shop or bar. At present we cannot offer self-catering.

At the time of making your provisional booking, you will be given a quotation based on the published price at that time. If the published price changes, your quoted price will still remain. (If you book now for 2011, you will get these prices above).
We do however reserve the right to give quotes other than the published prices for certain high demand periods. Your quoted price will however never change.
We offer a 10% discount for stays of 2-5 nights between Sunday & Thursday.
Repeat customers will be offered a loyalty discount.
All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
Catering Costs
Catering costs should be calculated on a per head, per day basis and the total amount added to the venue hire cost as laid out in the table above.
