- We do not offer a self-catering option
- Guests may not bring their own alcoholic beverages other than by prior arrangement when 'corkage' charges will apply
- There is a snack shop at Caer Llan if you get peckish
The following tariff is provided as a guide. As we offer a very individually-tailored and personal service the total price you pay may vary dependent on your requests and requirements. We reserve the right to quote individual prices at our discretion.
Venue hire with exclusive use
'Venue hire with exclusive use' prices include the exclusive use of all Caer Llan guest areas, guest bedrooms, grounds and facilities, bed-linen, towels and the services of our hospitality team. Venue hire does not include catering, refreshments (see below) or any costs incurred at the snack shop
or licensed bar.

Caer Llan Buffet Breakfast - £7.50 per person, £4.50 for 11s-and-under, under-3s free of charge

Evening meals: from £7.50 per adult/ £5.00 for 11's and under

Venue hire (July 2012) £3400
Friday evening meal (Simple one course meal for 30 adults and 20 kids) £7.50 x 30 + £5 x 20 = £325
Saturday breakfast £7.50 x 30 + £4.50 x 20 = £315
Saturday celebration meal (Party Buffet) 30 x £19.50 + 20 x £10 = £785
Sunday breakfast (as Saturday) = £315
Total Bill = £5140 (divided by 50 works out to £102.80 each)
