At Caer Llan you'll find a menu to suit every occasion using locally sourced produce wherever possible. You'll enjoy a warm and welcoming atmosphere, an unpretentious approach with the emphasis on traditional home-cooking using the best of Welsh ingredients. There is no restaurant as such at Caer Llan; we have our own hospitality team to look after you all together in our large dining area at a pre-arrranged time. If you choose from the home cooking menu we try to keep everything simple and therefore we can keep our prices down, evening meals are generally served carvery or buffet style. For an additional fee you can enjoy waited on service, this is automatically included in the party buffets and fine dining prices.
Vicky is in charge of our kitchen and the hospitality team, her aim is to provide a very personal service so please contact us to discuss menu options and dietary requirements. The following examples are for your guidance: First price is for adults and children aged 12 and over, second price is for children aged 11 and under, whilst babies under 3's eat for free. We ask that the group organiser selects the meals for the group at least two weeks prior to arrival. Please select one starter, one main and one dessert for each sitting (you are not obliged to have a 3 course meal; one or two courses can be selected if preferred)
Your main meal of the day can be simple or extravagant and feature as many courses as you wish. From a buffet, barbeque or hog roast to a sit-down banquet. Choose from our delicious 'home cooked', 'party' or 'fine dining' options (the latter prepared and cooked by renowned local chef).
