Hospitality at Caer Llan

Hospitality at Caer Llan is much as you'd expect if you were visiting a country house as a guest of the family. The difference being that as a group we will ask you to choose what you would like to eat (and when) in advance of your visit. Our skilled hospitality team, lead by Vicky, will then organise all your meals and service.
Breakfasts at Caer Llan are traditional, wholesome and plentiful; lunches are generally simple but nutritious (though we can also offer fine traditional roast lunches on request); and the main (usually evening) meal of the day can be as straight-forward or as extravagant as you wish – from a buffet to a barbeque, a hog roast to a sit-down banquet.
Meal service at Caer Llan is generally 'carvery style', that is, your chosen dishes will be presented on a side table (or tables) with a member of staff on hand to plate-up for you. Table service is an optional extra for which for which we make an additional charge.
We also have a fully-licensed bar and so can offer a choice of drinks to accompany your meals. There is considerable flexibility in for how long and how late our bar stays open – it's very much up to you – on the understanding that all non-residential guests must have left for the bar to remain open after 1am.
Highlights
Some guests choose Vicky's traditional home cooking, others our 'fine dining' option where we employ the services of a renowned local chef to come and cook for you with our hospitality team providing the service. All our meals however feature fresh, locally-sourced ingredients some of which will have been grown in our own kitchen garden.
You'll find photos showing how flexible the dining room layout can be in our 'hospitality gallery'...
Details of the hospitality we offer especially for weddings is available in our downloadable
Wedding Brochure.
