Our aim is to make conferences at Caer Llan a little different, a little less formal and a lot more enjoyable. Caer Llan is by its very nature different to many conference venues. For one thing you can have exclusive use of the historic house, the accommodation and the 25 acres of gardens and woodlands which surround the house; making this a flexible and rewarding space in which to work with your colleagues, clients and business associates. In this age of environmental awareness visitors also find Caer Llan's proactive Eco' Policy appealing. Our current philosophy has evolved directly from the far-sighted efforts of Jake's father Peter back in the 1980s when he created the award-winning Berm House – one the Europe's most energy efficient buildings – which today provides a significant proportion of our residential accommodation.

Whether you're seeking a one-day or residential event we'll ensure you're well-catered for (wholesome, delicious, home-cooked food featuring quality local ingredients), well entertained (we have a fully licensed bar), and well looked after (we pride ourselves on providing professional service).

In addition to corporate and business events Care Llan is also ideal for teaching and learning, workshops (both musical and theatrical) and outdoor activities.
