Your celebration at Caer Llan
Choosing Caer Llan for you birthday, anniversary, re-union, Christmas or New Year celebration offers you a rare opportunity – a country-house party in a secluded private setting with extensive accommodation, great hospitality and the freedom to enjoy everything our beautiful home and surroundings have to offer – the house, the terraces, the gardens and the surrounding woodlands.
It doesn't matter what time of year you choose (or what the weather chooses to do), we've been hosting successful celebrations and parties since 1971 and Caer Llan is always adaptable and accommodating. From drinks on the terraces with their stunning views in summer to cosy evenings with a log fire in winter, everything we do is designed to make you feel 'at home'; be it over an 'exclusive use' weekend, a one-day function or an evening party event.
Caer Llan can cater for and entertain up to 120 guests. We also offer private and family residential accommodation for up to 50 spread between the historic main house and the unique and eco-friendly 'Berm House' (immediately adjacent). The indoor function area has been completley refurbished and extended so everyone can eat and party together, and we have an ongoing programme of constantly upgrading our guest accommodation with all of the bedrooms now featuring brand new, high-quality bathrooms.

We also pride ourselves on our reputation for wholesome, delicious, home-cooked food featuring quality local ingredients.
In addition to families and groups our visitors have included musicians, actors, artists and poets, plus sporting groups and societies and professional sportsmen and women – including five world champions!
