Booking Procedure and Policy
Once you have made a provisional booking we will send you an invoice for a booking deposit of 10% of the total fee based on your predicted numbers. The status of your booking will be upgraded from ‘provisional’ to ‘confirmed’ on receipt of this 10% booking deposit.
Please read the booking policy and cancellation policy. By making a booking, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Group Booking Policy
- Should Caer Llan receive another enquiry for the time of your booking whilst it still has provisional status, then we will contact you by phone or email and ask you to confirm or cancel your provisional booking.
- 1 week before your visit, we will ask you to give a confirmed number of attendees, along with information of any special dietry requirements.
- Full payment is due at the end of your stay, except for organisations where 28 day payment terms are agreed beforehand.
- The final invoice will include any sundries that have been charged during your stay. You may also be charged for any breakages incurred during your visit.
- Preferred method of payment is by direct bank transfer or a single cheque. Other acceptable methods of payment include cash (UK sterling).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a confirmed booking will incur appropriate fees as detailed below:
- More than 12 months notice: Booking Deposit refunded in full
- 6-12 months notice: Booking Deposit not refunded
- 1-6 months notice: 25% of Total fee due
- Less than 1 months notice: 50% of Total fee due
The above cancellation fees will be waived only if a late booking is taken and another organisation pays in full for the same period for a similar size group.
